The Funds are established under the laws of Luxembourg and the Funds are marketed in Finland in accordance with Chapter XI of Directive 2009/65/EC as transposed into national legislation, including Section 128 of the Finnish Act on Mutual Funds (48/1999, as amended) unless otherwise stated herein.   All or most of the protections provided by the Finnish banking and investment services regulatory system do not apply to investment in the Funds and compensation.   In particular, you should note that holdings or investments in the Funds may not be covered under Finnish Investors’ Compensation Fund (Sijottajien korvausrahasto).   You will have no right of cancellation under applicable rules, including the Finnish Consumer Protection Act.

The Funds are not collective investment scheme which is authorised under section 286 of the Securities and Futures Act, Chapter 289 of Singapore (the SFA) or recognised under section 287 of the SFA. The Funds are not authorised or recognised by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (the MAS) and the shares of the Funds are not allowed to be offered to the retail public. The offering documents of the Funds (e.g. prospectuses, simplified prospectuses or key investor information document contained on this webpage) are not prospectuses as defined in the SFA.
